Baby Food Diet Tips and Advice...

The baby food diet is centered around the concept of incorporating a small amount of baby food (yes, actual jars of baby food) into your daily diet in order to control calorie intake. Some people will eat a few jars of baby food each day as low-calorie snacks, and other people use baby food to replace one or two meals each day.

So, Does the Baby Food Diet Work?

Is it safe? Does it work? As long as you take in enough calories and nutrients, it's probably safe to follow the diet plan. Eating jars of baby food as snacks and to replace a meal or two each day might be okay, but you still need to get a variety of nutrient-dense foods into your body every day to be healthy. The baby food diet isn't safe if you don't get enough calories every day; even a low-calorie diet requires a minimum number of calories.

Final Thoughts on Baby Food Diet..

The problem with this diet is that it will leave you feeling absolutely exhausted due to the lack of calorie intake and most likely incapable of any exercise (which is critical if you want to avoid that "flabby arm syndrome").  You will also find that after a few days you will be absolutely sick of the sight of pureed food and thats not even to mention taste (if you have ever tried a spoon of baby food, you'll know what i mean). None... None what-so-ever are something you will relish eating.
