Property Management
In our role as property manager, we carry out orders of the landlord to full effect as directed by him: we also advice on the proper steps to take. We perform such functions as seeking and obtaining tenants for Vacant Properties, Negotiating and collecting rents from tenants, ensuring that tenants comply with the covenants contained in the lease agreements.

This is where our expertise as project managers is required as we normally carry out a pre-investment study on a site before advising a firm to embark on investing in the property market.

1. B.O.T (BUILD OPERATE AND TRANSFER): The B.O.T relates to letting situations where properties are renovated by our firm for the property owner and rents are received by the firms for agreed period with the property owner.
2. J.V (JOINT VENTURE): The JV relates to situation where prime lands are developed into accommodation and sold after construction. The land owner and financier agrees jointly on proceed sharing.
